Our mission at Come & Stay is to simplify connections between hosts and travelers within the ICOC community. We stand for connectivity, generosity, trust and love.

We seek to fulfill this mission by creating and maintaining a secure online tool making travel more accessible, coordination seamless and goodness shared between members of the ICOC community. We are committed to cultivating a deeper love and respect within the ICOC by engaging and educating the community on travel etiquette and cultural courtesies

Our prayer is to imitate the heart of Lydia when she welcomed Paul and his companions into her home in Acts 16:15 which reads, “When she and the members of her household were baptized, she invited us to her home. ‘If you consider me a believer in the Lord,’ she said, ‘come and stay at my house.’ And she persuaded us.”

Project Coordinator

We are looking for individuals with stellar project management skills to support our efforts as we prepare to launch. The ideal candidate must be able to develop action plans for Come & Stay's community engagement. The Project Coordinator will help to execute conference calls with stakeholders, identify and evaluate resources for projects, as well as design and oversee elements of our marketing efforts. They will work alongside with our founder and other team members on some exciting projects. Check out the description below to learn more.

Project Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing for and managing conference calls  

  • Help prepare for expos, events, and conferences

  • Research prices as needed and ensure materials are procured timely

  • Setup on-site at events and ensure contests are executed efficiently and prizes are awarded

  • Assist founder in setting up meetings with stakeholders and partners as requested


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior project management, admin and customer service experience

  • Great communicator and time manager

  • Experience using Microsoft products, G-Suite and video conferencing apps

  • Flexibility, accessibility, and ability to travel occassionally 

  • Possess a heart for travel and hospitality!

Additional Requirements:

  • Work remotely from location in the US

  • Have weekly sync with founder

  • Meet suspense dates
